Rescue doctors provide on-scene care

The School of Medicine has the only Emergency Medical Services (EMS) program in Missouri that routinely sends emergency medicine physicians along with its own ambulances to treat trauma patients at disaster scenes.   • Baseball stadium to be dedicated to Irv Utz. The Irv Utz Stadium dedication celebration and baseball alumni reunion will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 16, in conjunction with the Bears’ game against Principia College. More than 100 alums spanning several decades are expected to attend, along with Utz family members, to name the stadium after the former WUSTL coach and administrator.
